By accessing or exporting leads, you agree to this policy.
2. Lead Types
dipB2B may provide two broad types of leads:
Soft Intent Leads: students who opened or viewed an offer.
Hard Leads: students who performed a stronger action such as pressing Copy Code, Claim Offer, Open Link or another selected CTA.
3. Permitted Use
You may use lead information only to respond to the specific offer or campaign for which the student showed interest.
You may contact the student about:
The selected offer
Redemption steps
Booking or visit details
Clarification about the campaign
Reasonable follow-up related to that offer
4. Prohibited Use
You must not:
Sell leads
Rent leads
Share leads with unrelated third parties
Add students to unrelated marketing lists
Spam students
Use leads for unrelated WhatsApp broadcasts
Use leads for unrelated SMS/email campaigns
Upload leads to external advertising audiences
Use leads to infer sensitive traits
Combine leads with illegally obtained data
Contact students after they opt out
5. Exported Files
If you download leads as CSV or XLSX, you are responsible for:
Keeping files secure
Sharing only with authorised staff
Not forwarding files unnecessarily
Deleting files when no longer needed
Preventing unauthorised access
Reporting any leak or misuse to dipB2B
6. Retention
Lead data should not be kept longer than necessary.
Unless the student becomes your customer or longer retention is legally required, lead data should ordinarily be deleted within 180 days after the campaign ends.
7. Student Opt-Outs
If a student asks you to stop contacting them, you must stop promotional contact related to that lead.
If a student asks for deletion, you must reasonably comply unless retention is legally required.
8. Data Breach
You must notify dipB2B promptly if student lead data is lost, leaked, accessed by an unauthorised person or misused.
9. Enforcement
Violation of this policy may lead to:
Warning
Lead access removal
Offer rejection
Account suspension
Account termination
Legal action
Indemnity obligations
